I had a great stay at this hotel in Chianciano Terme. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even provided breakfast and coffee for us before our early departure. The rooms were clean and cosy, with a wonderful view from the balcony of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The hotel's location close to the centre of town made it convenient for exploring.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

Quiet and comfortable.
There was only one guy at the reception, who could speak English a bit. But one can manage, I guess. Also, the breakfast could be richer.

The hotel staff in Chianciano works very hard for their customers. They speak several languages, including English, which helps immensely. We booked in for half board which included a dinner that was typical of the Siena region and always good.

The hotel is situated on very steep hills but it's close to the center of the town making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are usually cleaned daily and have good views from the balcony. The breakfast is ok and the staff is friendly and helpful. there is plenty of parking space available.
Some of the rooms have a distinct odor of sewage fumes in the bathroom, which can be quite unpleasant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful despite their limited English. We received an excellent rate for the night and even though the town is not on the list of "must see" places it is certainly a good place to stay for a night or two. Very good buffet breakfast as well.

The hotel is located in a great spot, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of the best aspects was the excellent food served at the dining room, which was both delicious and plentiful.
The rooms are on the plain side and lack any sort of character or charm. During my stay, the noise from the surrounding area made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We chose this hotel as it is close to Montepulciano. We had a room on the 4th floor with a lovely view. The hotel could be "cult" the decor is old school Italian spa/resort. Nice, friendly staff. But the dinner was disappointing, maybe the cooks were off that day? Breakfast was better. Remember to ask for a room with a view to the mountains, take 3rd or 4th floor, there is an elevator.

Great place to stay in the Tuscany region! The hotel has stunning views of the countryside and it's located in a quiet area close to the town center. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help you with anything you need. The breakfast is varied, with delicious local products and the rooms are clean and comfortable. the hotel has a good restaurant that serves tasty traditional Italian food at reasonable prices.
One slight downside is that the hotel was a bit difficult to find, as the directions were not clear and there were no signs indicating the way. , the hotel can get a bit noisy during peak season, as it seems to be popular with tour groups.

Very friendly family run hotel. Very good price and excellent base for visiting Pienza & Montepulciano areas of Tuscany. Buffet breakfast very good value. Free WiFi in bar/reception area.
Room & corridors a bit tired and in need of a re-vamp. Shower a bit weak. No air conditioner in room - hot at night.

The location and the price. The dining facility was very good. Good food and good staff.
Quite a noisy area. Bus tours book the hotel and they are noisy because of the size of the group. The hotel rooms are clean but the hallways, stair carpeting need cleaning or replacement.

This hotel in Italy exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the family-run establishment was truly remarkable. The staff, including the owners and receptionist, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even provided us with breakfast and coffee when we had to leave early in the morning, which was a lovely gesture. Secondly, the rooms were clean, cozy, and offered a wonderful view from the balcony, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect - close enough to the center of town to explore, but far enough away to have a peaceful and rural setting. All in all, this hotel provided excellent value for money, attentive service, basic amenities, and a pleasant start to the day with a varied breakfast.
All was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that all my needs were taken care of. The prices at the bar were very reasonable, allowing me to enjoy a few drinks without breaking the bank. The location was also great, with the hotel being close to the center of town, making it easy for me to explore and experience the local attractions. The rooms had a lovely view of the surrounding Tuscan countryside, and I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and soaking in the beautiful scenery. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, ensuring that I started my day off right.
I had a very good experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
